Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the Snowflake Startup Challenge 2026, startups must meet the following requirements:
- Be legally incorporated or registered as a business entity.
- For U.S. startups: Must be structured as a C-Corporation or LLC.
- For international startups: Must be an equivalent legal entity in their home country.
- Be in good standing and legally permitted to participate.

Application Requirements

- If selected as a semi-finalist, teams must submit an additional 5-minute investor pitch video and provide direct access to their application for evaluation.
