    Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) is calling on passionate and innovative youth leaders to join its Global Youth Leadership Advisory Board Member 2025 programme. This unique opportunity is designed for young leaders who aspire to influence global youth empowerment initiatives and contribute to the co‑design of transformative programmes across Africa and the Middle East. As a member of the advisory board, participants will play a key role in shaping DOT’s strategic initiatives and amplifying youth voices.

    Joining the DOT Global Youth Leadership Advisory Board Member 2025 will allow you to collaborate with other dynamic youth leaders, gain leadership exposure, and directly contribute to impactful digital empowerment projects. This programme is ideal for individuals committed to social innovation, entrepreneurship, and community development.


    About the Opportunity

    The Global Youth Leadership Advisory Board is a youth-led advisory group established by DOT to provide strategic guidance for its programmes. Members of the board will:

    • Offer input on DOT’s current and future youth, women, and digital empowerment initiatives.
    • Act as ambassadors for DOT, engaging peers and amplifying youth voices through digital platforms.
    • Co-design programmes and contribute insights that support sustainable youth development.

    This opportunity is fully virtual, allowing participants to contribute remotely while making a tangible impact.


    Eligibility

    Applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Must be an alum of a DOT youth programme such as Youth Leader, Digital Champion/Ambassador, Community Leader, Climate Champion, Social Entrepreneur, or Street Teams.
    • Aged 25–35 years.
    • Citizen and resident of one of the following countries: Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Côte d’Ivoire, Rwanda, Jordan, or Lebanon.
    • Demonstrated experience in social entrepreneurship, innovation, business, ICT, youth leadership, or digital empowerment.
    • Strong proficiency in English, confident in public speaking, and active on social media.
    • Able to commit at least 7 hours per month to board activities, either virtually or in-person.
