WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026

    Deadline: December 11, 2025

The WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026 is now open for applications! This exciting opportunity seeks innovative, evidence-based solutions that transform workplace culture and practices — creating environments where everyone, especially women, can thrive.

Through this challenge, Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) is calling on organisations to pioneer approaches that drive large-scale adoption of equitable workplace solutions, setting new standards and norms for the future of work.

About the WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026

The WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026 aims to identify and support trailblazing approaches that can reshape workplace culture and create lasting impact. The challenge focuses on advancing new processes, standards, and norms that foster inclusivity, well-being, and productivity for all workers.

Unlike traditional grants that centre on policy change, this challenge focuses on changes within workplaces themselves — addressing everyday practices, policies, and cultural barriers that hinder equity and inclusion.

    Grant Funding

WIN is offering up to $20 million in total grant funding across three key pillars.

    • Each pillar will support up to eight awardees.
    • Grants will range between $2.5 million and $5 million per awardee.

This scale of funding underscores WIN’s commitment to identifying transformative solutions that can be replicated and sustained beyond the grant period.

    Application Deadline

The deadline to apply for the WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026 is December 11, 2025.

    Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Lead applicants must be non-profit organisations based in the United States or U.S. territories.
    • Projects must serve communities or organisations within the U.S. or its territories.
    • For-profit entities, government agencies, and individuals may participate as partners, but cannot serve as lead applicants.

    Selection Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on four key dimensions:

    1. Innovative – The approach should be inventive, evidence-based, and capable of influencing other organisations and sectors.
    2. Feasible – Applicants must demonstrate experience, a strong team, and the capacity to scale their solution effectively.
    3. Transformative – The proposal should have the potential to drive systemic change in workplace culture and practices.
    4. Aligned – Solutions should show strong stakeholder buy-in, authenticity, and a deep understanding of workplace barriers.

    Why This Challenge Matters

Improving workplace culture and practices benefits everyone — from employees and families to entire communities and economies. When women and all workers can thrive, productivity and innovation increase, leading to sustainable organisational success.

The WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026 seeks to fund solutions that go beyond surface-level interventions, aiming for systemic change that redefines how work is structured and experienced across industries.

    How to Apply

Organisations interested in participating are encouraged to prepare strong, evidence-based proposals that clearly demonstrate innovation, feasibility, and alignment with the challenge’s goals.

    • Application Deadline: December 11, 2025
    • Funding Available: Up to $20 million across three pillars
    • Grant Range: $2.5 million – $5 million per awardee
