Deadline: December 11, 2025
The WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026 is now open for applications! This exciting opportunity seeks innovative, evidence-based solutions that transform workplace culture and practices — creating environments where everyone, especially women, can thrive.
Through this challenge, Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) is calling on organisations to pioneer approaches that drive large-scale adoption of equitable workplace solutions, setting new standards and norms for the future of work.
About the WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026
The WIN Culture & Practices Challenge 2026 aims to identify and support trailblazing approaches that can reshape workplace culture and create lasting impact. The challenge focuses on advancing new processes, standards, and norms that foster inclusivity, well-being, and productivity for all workers.
Unlike traditional grants that centre on policy change, this challenge focuses on changes within workplaces themselves — addressing everyday practices, policies, and cultural barriers that hinder equity and inclusion.
Grant Funding
WIN is offering up to $20 million in total grant funding across three key pillars.
- Each pillar will support up to eight awardees.
- Grants will range between $2.5 million and $5 million per awardee.
This scale of funding underscores WIN’s commitment to identifying transformative solutions that can be replicated and sustained beyond the grant period.

Why This Challenge Matters
Improving workplace culture and practices benefits everyone — from employees and families to entire communities and economies. When women and all workers can thrive, productivity and innovation increase, leading to sustainable organisational success.
