About the Thrive Capital Summer Fellowship 2026

Selected fellows will spend 10 weeks (June–August 2026) working full-time at Thrive Capital’s headquarters in New York. During the program, fellows will apprentice with specific teams across the firm—investments, operations, research, and partnerships—and participate in curated learning sessions, speaker events, and mentorship programs designed to accelerate personal and professional growth.


Fellowship Benefits

  • $40,000 grant to help offset junior-year education costs.
  • Paid internship, annualized at $100,000 salary, for the 10-week summer period.
  • Mentorship and career guidance from Thrive’s experienced team throughout the program.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Thrive Capital Summer Fellowship 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a current college freshman, sophomore, or junior with U.S. work authorization.
  • Show a deep interest in technology and demonstrate exceptional ability.
  • Exhibit honesty, ethics, and respect for others; Thrive values individuals who act with integrity and inspire trust.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
