    About the TCKZone Youth Employability & Empowerment Fellowship 2025

    The TCKZone Youth Employability & Empowerment Fellowship 2025 (TYEEF) is a 4-week intensive capacity-building programme that focuses on equipping young Nigerians with relevant skills to enhance their employability, entrepreneurial abilities, and personal development.

    Through a rich blend of digital skills training, entrepreneurship workshops, personal branding sessions, mentorship, and practical experience, fellows will gain the tools and confidence needed to succeed in the job market or launch their ventures. This programme particularly targets underserved and marginalised youth, including those from rural communities, secondary school leavers, and young graduates.


    Key Focus Areas

    Selected fellows will undergo comprehensive training across the following key areas:

    • Digital Skills Development
      Training in digital marketing, content creation, freelancing, AI & emerging technologies, and cybersecurity.
    • Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy
      Masterclasses and workshops on business development, innovation, and financial management.
    • Personal Branding & Soft Skills
      Sessions on leadership, communication, critical thinking, and career development.
    • Mentorship & Networking
      Access to experienced mentors, professional networks, and industry experts.
