The 2026 edition will run from May 22 to June 5, 2026, offering participants two weeks of immersive learning, collaboration, and exposure to real-world challenges across Canadian communities.

    The GGCLC provides a unique opportunity for mid-career professionals to strengthen their leadership capacity, connect with peers across sectors, and contribute to shaping Canada’s sustainable prosperity.

    The theme for the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference 2026 is:

    • Be between 28 and 45 years old.
    • Be a mid-career professional with demonstrated leadership potential.

    • Be available to fully participate for the entire duration (May 22 – June 5, 2026).
