Eligibility Criteria

To participate in this pitch competition, applicants must:

  • Be a founder or co-founder of the startup.
  • Have a product that uses AI functionality or is fully AI-powered.
  • Be an early-stage founder with at least a working minimum viable product (MVP).
  • Be based in the United States.
  • Own a registered business entity (LLC, C-Corp, or equivalent).
  • Use the prize funding strictly for product development, marketing, operations, or other areas critical to growth.
