The United Nations Global Compact Business & Human Rights Accelerator 2026 is a six-month programme designed to help companies shift from commitment to real action on business and human rights, including labour rights. Through hands-on guidance, peer learning, and expert engagement, the accelerator supports businesses to establish ongoing human rights due diligence (HRDD) processes aligned with international standards.

This flagship initiative gives participating companies the tools, frameworks, and expertise to strengthen corporate responsibility and embed human rights into their strategy and operations.

    • Learn practical ways to mitigate impacts, including grievance mechanisms and remedy.
    • Gain skills to engage stakeholders on human rights issues.

At the end of the programme, participants receive a certificate of completion and join a global network of peers, experts, and UN partners.
