About the IAS Youth Hub Seed Grant Programme 2025
The IAS Youth Hub Seed Grant Programme 2025 supports innovative youth-led projects by providing resources, technical assistance, and international exposure. Selected applicants will receive:
- Seed Grant: Up to USD 10,000 per project to implement or scale initiatives over six months (April – October 2026).
- Capacity Building: Training in monitoring and evaluation (MEL), reporting, communications, and networking.
- Conference Attendance: Fully funded participation in AIDS 2026, the 26th International AIDS Conference, scheduled for 26–31 July 2026 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Young Leaders Programme: Participation in the AIDS 2026 Young Leaders Programme.
- Additional Support:
- One-on-one MEL mentoring and workshops
- Public speaking training
- Access to a vibrant community of more than 700 IAS changemakers

Eligibility Criteria
For Young Leaders
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18–30 years (ideally under 25).
- Be affiliated with an organisation that can provide mentorship and logistical support.
- Be able to travel and attend AIDS 2026 in Rio de Janeiro.
- Be proficient in English for effective communication and reporting.
For Host Organisations
Organisations must:
- Be a registered charitable entity (eligible for due diligence checks).
- Provide a mentor and day-to-day guidance for project implementation.
- Manage the grant funding and reporting processes.
- Communicate effectively with IAS in English.
