Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact 2025

    Deadline: September 10, 2025

Nonprofit organisations are increasingly recognising the power of AI to scale their impact, and Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact 2025 is designed to make this possible. This transformative programme offers nonprofits funding, technology, and expert guidance to deploy autonomous AI agents through Salesforce’s Agentforce platform.

If your organisation is ready to harness AI to improve operations, streamline processes, and boost impact, this accelerator could be the perfect opportunity.

Overview of Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact 2025

Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact 2025 for Nonprofits is a tailored six-month programme that helps nonprofit organisations leverage AI to solve real-world challenges. It focuses on equipping NGOs with the tools, coaching, and funding necessary to implement AI agents, enhancing productivity and enabling more impactful operations.

The accelerator addresses a critical need in the nonprofit sector: while 74% of nonprofits see the value of technology, limited budgets and staffing shortages often prevent them from fully benefiting from AI solutions. Through this initiative, Salesforce provides a combination of funding, donated products, and expert consulting to bridge this gap.

    Key Details of the Program

    Application Deadline

Applications for Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact 2025 are open until September 10, 2025. Interested nonprofits should ensure their applications are submitted before this date.

    Benefits of the Accelerator

    Participants in the programme receive:

    • 6-month customised accelerator: Includes group workshops and one-on-one coaching from Salesforce experts in AI, product design, rapid-cycle R&D, and change management.
    • Flexible funding: Between $200,000–$300,000 per organisation to support AI implementation.
    • Salesforce product access: Donated or discounted Salesforce products to build AI agents.
    • Expert consulting: One year of part-time technical consulting from Salesforce employee volunteers, with access to additional experts as needed.

    Who is Eligible?

Nonprofit organisations may apply if they meet the following criteria:

    1. Have a clear vision for using AI agents with Salesforce technology.
    2. Demonstrate data readiness, technical infrastructure, and organisational capacity for AI implementation.
    3. Can commit to a 6-month accelerator.
    4. Meet Salesforce.org Power of Us licensing criteria, and are US 501(c)(3) accredited, fiscally sponsored, or internationally equivalent.
    5. Have leadership support and organisational readiness to maintain technological solutions.
    6. Understand Salesforce tools, such as Einstein and Agentforce.
    7. Can showcase a sandbox demo within six months of starting the programme.
    8. Are willing to share solutions and learnings openly with the nonprofit sector.
    9. Can participate in virtual sessions conducted in English during North American Eastern Time hours.

    Background and Broader Impact

Salesforce’s Agents for Impact initiative, which began in late 2024, is designed to help nonprofits scale impact through technology. In previous phases, Salesforce contributed $2 million in grants, provided two-year donated product contracts, and offered up to 18 months of consulting.

The programme allows nonprofits to implement “limitless digital labour,” supporting activities such as:

    • Disaster response and crisis monitoring
    • Fundraising and donor engagement
    • Operational efficiency and workflow automation

By providing funding, technology, and technical expertise, Salesforce ensures that nonprofits can focus on their mission while effectively integrating AI solutions.

    How to Apply

Nonprofits ready to participate in Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact 2025 should prepare:

    • A proposal outlining the AI agent concept
    • Documentation of organisational readiness and technical infrastructure
    • A roadmap for delivering a sandbox demo within six months
