    NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship 2025

    Are you passionate about women’s leadership and empowerment? The NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship 2025 is currently inviting applications for mentors to guide and support the next generation of global changemakers. This prestigious programme, organised by United Leaders Global, seeks dedicated individuals who are willing to invest their time, knowledge, and experience into shaping future leaders.

    The NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship 2025 is a fully funded, six-month virtual fellowship designed to build leadership capacity, provide mentorship, and foster global networking for young women leaders aged 18–35.


    About the Fellowship

    The fellowship empowers women from across the world with training, guidance, and opportunities to implement impact-driven community projects. Each fellow will be paired with a mentor, making mentorship a cornerstone of the programme.

    Programme Highlights:

    • Fully funded fellowship covering all programme-related costs.
    • Leadership development training in areas such as strategic thinking, public speaking, advocacy, and emotional intelligence.
    • One-on-one mentorship from experienced global leaders.

    Eligibility

    • Open to women aged 18–35 from all countries and professional backgrounds.

    • No prior experience is required, making the fellowship inclusive and accessible.
    • For mentors, applications are open to experienced leaders and professionals willing to guide fellows through their leadership and impact journey.
