    Entrepreneurship Exchange Program 2025

    The Entrepreneurship Exchange Program 2025 is now open for applications. This fully virtual, eight-week certificate programme provides undergraduate students from Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and select U.S. universities with an opportunity to collaborate across borders, tackle real-world challenges, and develop innovative business solutions.

    Designed and hosted by the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, the programme is built to empower young leaders with entrepreneurial skills, teamwork experience, and mentorship from international experts.


    About the Entrepreneurship Exchange Program 2025

    The Entrepreneurship Exchange Program 2025 is a prestigious opportunity that fosters cross-cultural collaboration and problem-solving. Over eight weeks, participants form international teams to identify pressing community challenges and co-create business ideas that can generate real social and economic impact.

    Key Features:

    • 100% virtual learning format.
    • Eight-week certificate programme.
    • Hands-on teamwork with peers from North Africa and the United States.
    • Guest expert sessions, entrepreneurial workshops, and interactive discussions.
    • Final video pitch competition with awards for the best teams.
    • Winners receive personalised coaching packages (four virtual sessions with an international coach).
    • Cohort winners advance to receive live mentoring sessions with a University of Michigan entrepreneurship professor.

    Who Can Apply?

    The programme is open to undergraduate students from the following countries and institutions:

    • Egypt
    • Libya
    • Morocco (Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane)
    • United States – selected universities only:
      • University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Flint)
      • Wayne State University
      • Michigan State University
      • Eastern Michigan University

    There are no prerequisites required, making this programme accessible to all undergraduates with an interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, and civic innovation.


    Programme Structure and Timeline

    • Programme Duration: 8 weeks
    • Application Deadline: September 2, 2025

    Cohort Dates:

    • Cohort 1: September 22 – November 21, 2025
    • Cohort 2: Mid-January – Mid-March 2026
    • Cohort 3: Mid-April – Mid-June 2026
