It combines four weeks of in-person academic training at a leading university (such as Wharton) with a six-week paid internship at top-tier investment firms across the United States, Canada, or the UK.

    This immersive learning experience is completely tuition-free and covers accommodation, meals, and travel for the training period. Internships are paid, and participants also benefit from lifelong career support through the Girls Who Invest alumni network.

    • A comprehensive résumé
    • Academic transcript (college for sophomores; high school for first-years)
