The Marcellus Policy Fellowship – Fall 2025 is a project of the John Quincy Adams Society and is ideal for anyone committed to a more realistic, restrained, and strategic approach to U.S. foreign policy.
About the Fellowship
The Marcellus Policy Fellowship is a virtual training programme that takes place over several weeks each fall and spring. Fellows meet online via Zoom and receive mentorship and guidance in policy writing. The fellowship provides participants with expert-led instruction, structured writing milestones, and personalised feedback, culminating in a portfolio of impactful policy work.
Each cohort includes 8–12 fellows, with participants receiving a $750 stipend upon completion.
