The Aspire Leaders Program 2025 (Cohort 5) is now accepting applications! This fully funded, online leadership development programme—originally founded at Harvard University—is designed to elevate the voices and potential of underserved youth globally.
Through interactive modules, international mentorship, and access to a vibrant alumni community, the Aspire Leaders Program 2025 (Cohort 5) empowers participants to lead change in their communities and beyond.

- Format: 100% Online
- Application Time: ~10 minutes (no essays or recommendations required)
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Aspire Leaders Program 2025 (Cohort 5), you must meet the following:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Be a current undergraduate student or recent graduate
- Come from a low-income background or be a first-generation university student (i.e., neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree)
- Have at least intermediate English proficiency
Programme Structure
The Aspire Leaders Program offers a rich and structured learning experience across three modules:
Module I: Personal & Professional Development (3 Weeks)
- Strengths-based leadership assessments
- CV, LinkedIn profile, and interview preparation (co-developed with Harvard Business School)
- Peer engagement in a global learning community
Module II: Aspire Horizons (5 Weeks)
Led by Harvard faculty, sessions will explore:
- Self-awareness and leadership identity
- Context and trust building
- Digital transformation and the role of AI
- Global voices of changemakers
- Community engagement and social action
Module III: Immersive Learning Experience
- Live sessions with top faculty from global universities
- Guided mentorship exchanges
- Group discussions and cohort collaboration
Post-Programme Benefits
