    The UONGOZI Institute Women’s Leadership Programme 2025 is now open for applications. This prestigious, fully funded programme is designed to support African women in senior and emerging leadership roles by equipping them with the skills, networks, and confidence needed to thrive in their leadership journey.

    The UONGOZI Institute Women’s Leadership Programme 2025 offers a blend of in-person and remote engagements, tailored to accommodate professional schedules while delivering maximum impact.


    Who Can Apply?

    This programme is intended for African women who are:

    • Currently in mid- to senior-level roles across public, private, or non-profit sectors
    • Holding at least seven years of work experience, with a minimum of five years in leadership or supervisory roles
    • Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution
