    About the IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025

    The IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025 aims to support exceptional founders and co-founders of social enterprises who are addressing pressing global issues such as inclusive circularity, inclusive employment, and inclusive food systems. Selected scholars will attend the One Young World Summit and become part of a thriving global network of changemakers.

    This is more than just a trip — it’s an investment in leaders building businesses that create meaningful, sustainable change in their communities.


    What the Scholarship Covers

    Recipients of the scholarship will receive:

    • Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany (November 3–6, 2025)
    • Economy-class return airfare from the recipient’s home country
    • Private hotel accommodation (check-in November 2, check-out November 7)
    • Catering throughout the event, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    • Visa support documentation
    • Lifetime membership in the One Young World Ambassador community (20,000+ members)

    Eligibility Criteria

    To apply for the IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025, applicants must:

    • Be aged 18–30 years old (with limited flexibility for older, experienced entrepreneurs)
    • Be a founder or co-founder of a registered social enterprise
    • Be a national and resident of one of the following countries:
      Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, or Sweden
    • Be fluent in English
    • Be creating impact in at least one of these areas:
      • Inclusive Circularity
      • Inclusive Employment
      • Inclusive Agriculture and Food Systems
    • Demonstrate leadership, impact, and awareness of both local and global issues
