    Are you a high school or undergraduate student with a vision for your country’s future? The ChallengeUS Future Leaders Competition – Summer 2025 invites students from around the globe to share transformative ideas for their nations by the year 2050. This prestigious competition rewards powerful storytelling, analytical insights, and public speaking—while connecting young change-makers across continents.


    About the ChallengeUS Future Leaders Competition – Summer 2025

    The ChallengeUS Future Leaders Competition – Summer 2025 is a global contest open to high school and undergraduate students (including those on gap years), focusing on youth-driven civic discourse. Entrants are asked to respond to this year’s powerful prompt:

    “What’s one thing you hope your country accomplishes by the year 2050? What steps need to be taken to realize your vision?”

    Students may submit in one of three creative formats:

    • Creative Writing (e.g., short stories, poems, reflective essays)
    • Analytical Writing (e.g., structured essays with arguments and evidence)
    • Speech Presentation (a video speech up to 10 minutes)

    This competition fosters global youth leadership and provides a platform for sharing bold and constructive national goals.


    Who Can Apply?

    The competition is open to students worldwide, provided you:

    • Are a current high school or undergraduate student (including gap year students)
    • Can submit work in English
    • Have not previously won first place in any past ChallengeUS competition

    AI-generated or plagiarized submissions are strictly disqualified.


    Awards and Recognition

    • 🥇 First Place Overall
      $500 USD cash prize, publication of your submission, biographical feature, official certificate
    • 🏅 Best in Class (Runners-Up)
      Up to 3 students will be featured with published work, a bio highlight, and a certificate
    • 🌐 All Participants
      Become members of the ChallengeUS Future Leaders Global Network

    Submission Requirements

    • Deadline: July 25, 2025
    • Format:
      • Writing entries: Max 1,250 words (PDF, Times New Roman/Arial, font size 11–12)
      • Speech entries: Max 10-minute video (MP4, clear audio/visual, visual aids allowed)

    Each student may submit one entry in one category only.
